We ship Worldwide using Canada Post and other carriers available. Your shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
We offer FREE shipping in Canada and U.S.A on orders over $50.
Also, we have an option of Untracked Standard Shipping in Canada and U.S.A. which offer a 3-9 business day delivery* :
- Canada : $3.50
- U.S.A. : $5.50
These fees will be available at checkout.
* This shipping option doesn't offer insurance or tracking for your package. We are not responsible for a loss or extended delivery time.
Returns and Refund
If you made a mistake in your order, contact our customer service rapidly. If your order hasn't been shipped, we will gladly modify the order.
We will not accept a full refund due to a change of mind after the order has been shipped.
If your item is damaged during transport or presents a manufacture default, please contact us at email@example.com or on our Contact Us page before within 15 days after delivery. We will gladly help you with the exchange or refund procedure.
To complete the process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item as evidence.
